We are currently recruiting for a Senior Project Manager to join our Client Services Team and to manage and develop client relationships through the delivery of projects ranging from learning and development programmes, product launches and other projects with budgets up to £1m.
As a Senior Project Manager, you are likely to be responsible for a large-scale project, or overseeing multiple projects, with support from a wider Project Team which might include another Project Manager.
You will be responsible for:
• Working closely with our clients to define project scope, goals and deliverables. This includes writing comprehensive briefs that meet and exceed stakeholder expectations
• Taking responsibility for the day to day relationship management and engagement of key stakeholders. Acting as the central point of contact for all stakeholders across multiple projects including clients, members of the Project Team and the Account Director
• Managing and leading the Project Team by communicating effectively, providing clear briefs and plans, identifying key priorities, providing relevant feedback and resolving challenges
• Leading and supporting sales opportunities and producing proposals for existing clients/programmes.
We are looking for an individual with experience in managing a range of large scale learning and development projects. You will have worked within a commercial environment and if you have automotive experience this would be beneficial for the role and understanding our clients.
You will have extensive experience and skills within a Senior Project Management role proven by success. Experience of working with multiple clients, across many projects environment would be essential for this role.
A Prince II or equivalent qualification would be desirable.
