Haylea is training coordinator for our client, Nissan, organising all the programmes we run for their Academy, which provide learning and development for the dealership sales and service teams.
Haylea’s experience was gained by spending 18 months working in office administration for a fruit and vegetable farm in Kent, after which she spent three years in the financial industry. Before that she was overseas for four years – two in Australia and two in New Zealand – where she travelled, undertook bar and farm work, and eventually ran a coffee shop, helping the owners to open a second.
In her spare time – apart, of course, from travelling – Haylea enjoys baking and makes a mean three-tiered birthday cake. Not surprisingly, she describes herself as “versatile”.
