We have an opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to cover a period of maternity leave for approximately 9-10 months. You will be responsible for a portfolio of projects including product launches and L&D programmes, with budgets ranging from £10,000 to £500,000.

The successful candidate will have several years of experience leading, managing and developing multiple large scale projects simultaneously. You will also be a proficient user of MS Project or similar tool and an exceptional communicator with proven effectiveness in building strong, positive client relationships. Holding a Prince II qualification or equivalent is desirable, as is experience in the automotive industry and project managing L&D programmes and events.

Key responsibilities will be:

To plan, manage and deliver all aspects of our clients’ large scale L&D projects and product launches

To take responsibility for day-to-day management of key client contacts across multiple project

To work closely with clients to establish clear project briefs that meet and exceed the project objectives

To demonstrate a strong ability to write thorough and compelling project briefs and articulate them to internal teams

To communicate effectively with all members of the project team, providing clear information, clarifying service levels, providing relevant feedback, resolving challenges, responding to changing client needs and exchanging ideas for continuous improvement

Monitor the profitability and progress of each project – ensuring each one is completed on time and within budget and to agreed quality standards, highlighting risks and opportunities with the Client Services Manager.
